Stakkers

Molded from recycled paper fibers, Stakkers are designed to horizontally palletize rolls, tubes, cores, fencing, and other cylindrical items from 4"-40" in diameter.

• Stakkers  single stakkers hinged together forming a double section.  This allows the product to be folded over to create a center layer piece or they can be separated for top and bottom use.
• One inventory part number serves for both functions, reducing inventory and space.
• Stakkers provide a fast way to palletize roll goods such as plastic films, textiles, nonwoven fabrics, paper, metallic coated substrates, etc.  Most users place a pallet with Stakkers at the rewind station and build the pallet as the rolls are removed from the machine.  This reduces multiple handling.
• Using Stakkers is a safe shipping method.  Molded pulp is forgiving in the sense that if the roll is not loaded exactly into the center of the cradle cavity, it will not fracture the cradle.  This prevents the risk of injury from the rolls falling off the pallet when the stretch film is taken off to access the rolls.
• Stakkers create a uniformly cubed pallet that maximizes warehouse and trucking space.
• Stakkers are cost effective by maximizing shipping loads as more rolls can be shipped per pallet versus pyramid designs.  This reduces the freight transport cost per roll ratios by better filling the cubed dimension of trailers.
• Stakkers are strong, preventing roll edge and other damage during storage and transit.  Pallets of Stakkers can be double or even triple stacked depending on the material palletized.
• Stakkers are environmentally friendly being a sustainable product.  They are produced from recycled fibers, can again be recycled or disposed of easily, and are acceptable for export.
